I am absolutely pleased with Cedric! He helped me and my husband get our insurance for both cars cheaper than other insurance companies! He was so personable and kind! Well spoken and down to earth! He is knowledgeable and explained everything clearly! I highly suggest everyone to call him! He’s consistent and patient too! I am sure everyone in the office is great but I was blessed to have him as my agent! So call and ask for him. Lol I was able to talk to him like I’ve known him for my entire life! "Since starting my insurance the young lady that always dealt with quit and ever since then I have had to deal with a different person nobody knows what's going on I paid a different price for my insurance every month anywhere from 120 to $245 a month it's never the same amount every month I needed a hard copy of my insurance and why it's been changing so much for my insurance. I called them 2 weeks before I needed the hard copy of my insurance information they said they sent it out to me that day I called them today it had not been sent out I have two days to come up with it or I'm going to lose benefits and everything else that I have they keep insisting they can email me I keep insisting they won't take an email they got to have a hard copy so they decided that they would go ahead and mail one out to me today which does not have enough time to get to me so I don't recommend this State farm but the State farm when I was speaking to the young lady Marissa that helped me so much now it seems like nobody in there knows what's going on nobody is telling each other what's going on and I'm paying a different payment every month and nobody wants to do their job so I am changing insurance companies and I suggest you not use the one in hopkinsville Kentucky because they're not on the same page and your policies change monthly whether you want them to or not"
